1. Dertermine and understand your needs
During our first consultation, we will discuss what's important to you and your family. Whether it's being close to a certain school or amenity, the type or style of home, the features, the size, the backyard and so much more. We will then make recommendations within your budget and set a plan that will help guide you to your future home
2. Educate you on market conditions and trends
Since I started in 2009, there's been a lot of ups and downs in the market. Market conditions will dictate your approach to buying. In a seller's market, homes sell fast, over the asking price and often without conditions. In a buyer's market, buyers can expect more time to decide and a better discount. We will educate you on the current conditions at the time of consultation and prepare you to be in the best position to lock in the home of your dreams when you come across it!
3. Show and tell
Once we have a plan in action, we will hit the streets looking at properties that match your criteria! While seeing homes, we will use this opportunity to futher discuss the pros and cons of each properties as well as point out things that may be of concern or things you need to consider that may affect later resale of that property.
4. Negotiate for you
Understanding values and making sure your best interest is at heart! We will help you understand the value you are getting by means of comparison and recent sales information. Having been in and out of homes on a daily basis over the past decade has positioned us to understand values and we will use our abilities to guide the negotiation process to make sure you end up with favorable terms and conditions.
5. Coordinate and assist
Our team will coordinate all aspects of the sale and assist you with finding the right professionals such as contractors, lawyers, inspectors, movers to ensure your move is as smooth as possible.
